Terms of Sale

Product. Thoughtbook 01 — a hardcover book, B5 (170 × 240 mm), thread-sewn, 152 pages of uncoated paper, that opens with one long essay and continues with blank pages. ISBN 978-952-88-2450-3. Price €38.00 including VAT (13,5 %) and shipping. Delivery to Finland, Sweden and Denmark.

Ordering & payment. Orders are placed on arginomagazine.com and paid via Stripe. Payment is charged at the time of order. You receive an order confirmation by email.

Delivery. This is a pre-order. Copies are printed and delivered to us in mid-October 2026, and posted to customers during October 2026. Orders placed after general sale opens ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery by Posti, typically 2–5 days in the Nordics.

Right of withdrawal (14 days). As a consumer in the EU, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason. To cancel, email hello@arginomagazine.com. Return the product unused and in its original condition; return shipping is paid by the customer. The refund is issued within 14 days of the returned product arriving.

Defective products. If your copy arrives damaged, contact us within a reasonable time with a photo — we will replace it or refund you, including shipping.

Disputes. Finnish law applies. Consumers in Finland may contact the Consumer Advisory Service (kuluttajaneuvonta) or the Consumer Disputes Board.

What we collect and why.

• Email list: your email address, because you asked to hear from us. Legal basis: consent. Managed in MailerLite (processor). Unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
• Orders: name, email, shipping address, phone number, payment confirmation — to fulfil your order and meet accounting obligations. Legal basis: contract & legal obligation. Processed by Stripe (payments) and Posti (delivery).

What we don’t do. No ads, no selling or sharing your data, no analytics beyond what MailerLite and Stripe provide by default.

Retention. Email list until you unsubscribe; order data as long as accounting law requires (6 years in Finland).

Your rights. Access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, and complaint to the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi). Email hello@arginomagazine.com.
